The Derbyshire Dales Primary Care Network brings together a group of 12 Practices, Surgeries and Medical Centres spanning the Derbyshire Dales region. The network aims to ensure that local GP Surgeries work together to deliver joined up care locally and the best care for Derbyshire Dales residents.
Why have we joined ‘Working with’?

We felt it was vital to ensure that the nurses within our network are supported and recognised. Cavell Nurses’ Trust allows us to ensure that we have rounded and trusted support for our nurses and ensure that we are supporting the nursing profession as a whole.”
